This replaced two smaller Sea Breeze units and works better than both of them combined. It's quiet and very efficient, cooling the large room quickly.

5-star Fantastic All Around ... Sep 10, 2016

I bought this Goodman downflow furnace last September of 2012 and now this is the beginning of the second winter with no problems whatsoever. The Goodman furnace is high quality throughout and was straightforward in the instructions and install. My gas and electric... more

5-star Best Inventment Ever! Jul 15, 2016

The summer sun and Florida temperatures made the Florida room un-usable during the daylight hours. A load evaluation recommended a 3 ton unit to cool the Florida room. After much... more

It got to the point where I could only do computer work at night & then I would have to step outside where it was only 90 to cool off. The poor computers fan was running full blast trying to cool the CPU all the time. And of course who wants to spend the night in the bunkhouse! Well I fixed that... more
