The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday.
